1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "You") and ber100 ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the ber100 online gaming platform located at https://ber100.cam and any associated mobile applications, services, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

Each User may maintain only one (1) account on the ber100 Platform. Creating multiple accounts or duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of all accounts, forfeiture of funds and winnings, and legal action. We employ advanced fraud detection systems and reserve the right to verify your identity through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures at any time.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. All activities conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you shall be liable for all transactions, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals made using your account credentials, whether authorized by you or not.

You agree to immediately notify ber100 of any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. We shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

ber100 operates under strict regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. As such, we reserve the right to request identity verification documents and conduct KYC checks at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID card)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document for facial recognition verification
• Source of funds documentation if requested by our compliance team
• Additional documentation as required by law or regulatory authorities

Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or account closure. We reserve the right to withhold withdrawals pending successful completion of KYC verification. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

ber100 accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP) through various payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers, QR Ph, GrabPay, and other authorized payment channels. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Platform. All deposits are processed immediately upon confirmation, though delays may occur due to payment processor or banking institution processing times beyond our control.

You confirm that all funds deposited into your ber100 account originate from legitimate sources and do not represent proceeds from illegal activities. ber100 reserves the right to refuse deposits from suspicious sources or request additional documentation regarding the origin of funds. Deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal requests will be processed, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within two (2) to four (4) hours for GCash and Maya transactions, and within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours for bank transfers, subject to successful completion of KYC verification and compliance checks. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day, as specified on the Platform.

Withdrawals must be made to payment accounts registered in your name matching your verified ber100 account details. We do not permit third-party withdrawals or payments to accounts belonging to individuals other than the registered account holder. ber100 reserves the right to reverse or cancel withdrawal requests if fraud, bonus abuse, breach of Terms, or suspicious activity is detected.

All withdrawal requests are subject to internal review and may be delayed or denied if your account is under investigation, has pending KYC verification, shows irregular betting patterns, or violates any provision of these Terms. We reserve the right to charge administrative fees for excessive withdrawal requests or refunded deposits.

4.3 Currency and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on ber100 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Payment processing fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed before transaction confirmation. ber100 is not responsible for fees charged by your bank, payment processor, or financial institution. Exchange rate fluctuations, if applicable, are beyond our control and ber100 bears no liability for currency conversion losses.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ber100 offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and rewards to registered Users ("Promotional Offers"). All Promotional Offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiration dates, and other restrictions clearly stated in each promotion's terms.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager bonus funds before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with 30x wagering requirements means you must place ₱30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted. Different games contribute varying percentages toward wagering requirements, as specified in each promotion's terms.

ber100 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close accounts if bonus abuse is detected, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim promotions, irregular betting patterns designed to manipulate bonus funds, collusion with other players, or any attempt to exploit promotional terms. All Promotional Offers are subject to availability and may be modified or terminated at any time without prior notice.

Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active per account at any given time. Activating a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may forfeit the previous bonus and associated winnings. Players residing in jurisdictions where promotional offers are prohibited may not be eligible for certain bonuses.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on ber100 are final and cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all wagers before placement. In the event of technical errors, system malfunctions, obvious pricing mistakes, or display errors, ber100 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

Maximum and minimum bet limits apply to all games and may vary depending on game type, account status, and VIP level. ber100 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any User at our sole discretion, particularly if irregular betting patterns, arbitrage attempts, or advantage play strategies are detected.

6.2 Game Integrity and Fair Play

All games on the ber100 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) independently tested by accredited testing laboratories including eCOGRA, iTech Labs, and GLI. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and cannot be manipulated by ber100 or any third party.

The following activities constitute prohibited conduct and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Collusion, chip dumping, or any form of cooperation with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Exploitation of software vulnerabilities, bugs, or technical errors

• Arbitrage betting, matched betting, or other advantage play strategies
• Card counting, past posting, or any form of betting strategy designed to circumvent house edge

6.3 Disconnections and Technical Issues

In the event of disconnection during an active game session, ber100 systems will preserve your game state and bets will be settled according to game results once reconnection occurs. If a game malfunctions or experiences technical errors after a bet is placed, the affected round will be voided and stakes refunded. ber100 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connection issues, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

All content on the ber100 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual property ("Content"), is the exclusive property of ber100 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any Content without express written permission from ber100.

The ber100 brand name, logo, and all related marks are registered trademarks of ber100. Unauthorized use of any ber100 trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action for trademark infringement.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Account Suspension and Termination

ber100 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within requested timeframe
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
• Creation of multiple accounts or duplicate registrations
• Bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional offers
• Use of prohibited software, bots, or automated betting systems
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward ber100 staff or other Users
• Prolonged account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) months
• Request for self-exclusion or account closure by the User

Upon account termination, all pending bets will be settled, and any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of applicable fees, provided there are no outstanding investigations or breaches of Terms. ber100 reserves the right to withhold funds if fraud, breach of Terms, or illegal activity is suspected, pending completion of investigation and potential legal proceedings.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting customer support. Account closure is subject to settlement of all outstanding balances, completion of active promotions, and verification that no Terms violations have occurred.

11. Prohibited Jurisdictions

Access to ber100 Services may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions where online gaming is illegal or regulated. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your country or region of residence. ber100 does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law.

Users are prohibited from using VPNs, proxy servers, or any other methods to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise their true location. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

12. Limitation of Liability

ber100's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made to your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred thousand Philippine Pesos (₱100,000), whichever is less.

ber100 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or malicious code. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Platform. Your use of the Services is at your own risk, and the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ber100, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your breach of any representation or warranty contained herein
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to maintain account security
• Any fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity conducted through your account

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation between you and ber100.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Arbitration Law. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against ber100. Each party may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

15. Miscellaneous Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and ber100 and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations regarding the subject matter herein.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

15.3 Waiver

ber100's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without ber100's prior written consent. ber100 may assign these Terms and all rights and obligations hereunder to any third party without restriction or prior notice to you.

15.5 Force Majeure

ber100 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, internet service provider failures, or other force majeure events.
